Some apps map the App Info > Storage > Clear data button to Manage space, which typically presents a user interface that allows you to selectively clear certain app data. However, this won’t allow you to clear the app data entirely. The only alternative is to uninstall and reinstall the app.
The storage option Disable space management prevents apps from hijacking the Clear data button.
